The Hampton Report

CytoGenix, Inc.

Genetic therapy in the 21st century promises to provide a dramatic change from treating symptoms to eliminating disease. CytoGenix, Inc. (CYGX), is a genomics and biopharmaceutical company that is pursuing research, development, and commercialization of their patented single-strand DNA (ssDNA) Sequence Expression Technology. This technology is focused on treatments for the heart, cancer, dermatological and viral diseases to ultimately improve the health and well being of humans and food animals. It may well be that many previously incurable diseases will be cured through the gene therapy employed by CytoGenix, Inc.

CytoGenix, Inc's technology will serve to enable the hundreds of other genomics companies who are developing thousands of gene sequences to complete and get approval for their therapeutic products. This is their market base opportunity. The Company is marketing laboratory tool kits as well as developing topical therapies that utilize this technology. They are also pursuing licensing opportunities with prominent biopharmaceutical and genomic companies, and they have Sponsored Research Agreements with major academic institutions.

To understand the Company technology, we must understand that disease processes result from the production of proteins from DNA that is either mutated or altered by pathogens (viruses). Much of genomic medicine focuses on preventing the production of these harmful proteins or interfering with their function. CytoGenix, Inc's technology is simple and elegant-inhibit protein production by blocking the translation of the messenger. Our technology allows cells to mass-produce DNA which binds to the messenger, thereby preventing the molecular mechanism that produces harmful proteins. Our technology could conceivably target a virally infected or a cancer cell with exquisite precision.

Please keep in mind the following.

Approximately 90% of the US population has some form of Herpes/Shingles.
There are thousands of cases of Cervical Cancer reported annually in the US.
How many Americans suffer from Lymphoma and Melanoma?
And what about Kaposi Sarcoma?
Cytogenix technology is applicable to virtually all diseases.

Until now, other companies have been trying to penetrate cells with single strands of DNA by flooding the system and hoping they cross the cell membrane and get into specific cells – a crude, random process. Even if the synthetic DNA penetrates the cell, insufficient levels of oligos accumulate inside the cell to be of any significant therapeutic value. Without risking toxicity and other harmful side effects, and to target specific cells with enough DNA to provide therapeutic value, the oligos must be produced inside the cell in sufficient quantities to be effective.

CytoGenix, Inc. has the proprietary Platform ssDNA Expression Technology to do just that!

Recently the share value of CytoGenix, Inc (CYGX) has been trading in the range of $.20. The company has no long-term debt, and has a market target price of $1.00 over the next twelve months.
